Description

MAIN PARACHUTE ASSEMBLY consisting of the following: Parachute, Main, 100 inch, fabricated in accordance with drawing 8862459 Rev P dtd 28 Feb 01. Drawings 8862457 Rev E dtd 23 Jan 70 f/Panel, Side and Drawing 8862458 Rev F. DROGUE PARACHUTE ASSEMBLY consisting of the following: Drogue Parachute, 12 inch, fabricated IAW Drawing 9251604 Rev B dtd 20 May 99, sheets 1 and 2. Parachute will be folded in accordance with Drawing 9251602 dtd 23 Jan 70, steps 1 through 7 and will be enclosed in one each Protector assembly in accordance with Drawing 9251602. First article will be due 120 days after contract award. Production quantities will be 60 days after first article approval. End item 155mm Mortar (M485). The US Army Field Support Command (AFSC) intends to issue this Request for Proposal, W52P1J-06-R-3015, to the Army Single Face to Industry Website (ASFI) at http://acquisition.army.mil/asfi on or about April 30, 2006 with an opening date of 30 days after i ssuance. The applicable NAICS code is 314999. This procurement will be firm-fixed price, competitive, and unrestricted. It will be a one year base quantity of 16,720 each plus 150 percent option. FOB: Destination, Pine Bluff Arsenal, Pine Bluff, AR. All contractors who provide goods/services to the Department of Defense (DOD) must be registered in the Central Contractors Register (CCR).
