- Description
- The work consists of furnishing all plant, labor, and materials for constructing, raising, and extending lateral dikes by placement of Graded Stone A and 250 lb. Riprap. In addition the work consists of excavation of several notches along theses dike s. Total tonnage of this project will be approximately 265,000 tons of both Graded Stone A and 250 lb. Riprap. There will be eight (8) drawings. The estimated cost of the work is between $1,000,000.00 and $5,000,000.00. This will be an unrestricted pro curement with Price Evaluation Preference for HUBZone small business concerns. For the purpose of this procurement to qualify as a small business concern, in addition to being independently owned and operated and not dominate in the field of operation in which it is bidding on Government contracts, the concern must have had average annual sales receipts for the preceding three fiscal years not exceeding $31.0 million. The supplies or services to be procured in this solicitation are classified under NAICS code 237990. Solicitation will issue on/about 26 April 2006 and bid opening will be on/about 31 May 2006.
