- This solicitation is being posted to both the Federal Business Opportunities(FBO) page located at http://www.eps.gov/ and the Navy Electronic Commerce on Line(NECO) site located at http://www.neco.navy.mil/ While it is understood that FBO is the single point of entry for posting of synopsis and solicitations to the internet, NECO is the alternative in case FBO is unavailable. Please feel free to use either site to access information posted by NSWC Crane. This solicitation is being issued pursuant to the procedures at FAR 13. Synopsis exception FAR 5.202(a)(13) applies and Solicitation Number N00164-06-T-0136_____ http://www.crane.navy.mil/supply/synopcom.htm is hereby issued as an attachment hereto. Line Item 0001: 6 EA, Digital I/O Channel Board, P/N E1212-6X541for HP82000 Semiconductor Test System; Line Item 0002: 1 EA, Cable-Word Master, P/N HP E1222-61607; Line Item 0003: 1 EA, Calibration Probe, P/N HP E122-62107; Line 0004: 3 EA, Power Supply AC/DC, P/N HP E1231-6X551. This is a sole-source procurement to K & US Equipment, Inc., 13350 W. Park Avenue, Suite C, Boulder Creek, CA 95006-9333. This specific model is no longer offered by Hewlitt-Packard, and has not been available for some time, including the spare parts and accessories. Any repairs and/or expansions of capabilities must be form, fit, and functionally equivalent to that of the HP Model 82000 SemiConductor Test System and must also be capable of residing with and directly interfacing with said sysytem. This procurement must be met by used equipment and/or new/old stock. All changes to the requirement that occur prior to the closing date will be posted to Crane web site, FedBizOpps and NECO. It is! the responsibility of interested vendors to monitor the Crane web site, FedBizOpps and/or NECO for amendments that may be issued to this solicitation. For changes made after the closing date, only those offerors that provide a proposal will be provided any changes/amendments and considered for future discussions and/or award.
