- The Naval Surface Warfare Center Panama City, FL 32407 intends to award a Sole Source purchase order using simplified acquisition procedures to Promodel Corporation, 556 East Technology Ave., Orem, Utah 84097 for one(1) each Promodel Developer License with one year of M&S included; one(1) each Promodel 3D Animator License; Annual renewal of 2 current Promodel licenses; and Promodel Basic Training and Promodel Advanced Training for the 3D Animator License.
