- 47- Pipe, 1/2" IPS, Schedule 80, CRES 304, Class IV, Seamless, per MIL-DTL-23226F, Type 2 or 3, Finish A, B, C, or F, Quantity: 35,242 inches. LEVEL I Material. Manufacturer must maintain an inspection system in accordance with MIL_I_45208a or ISO 9001 or 9002. Material certifications are required for chemical and physical properties of the pipe. Ultrasonic testing, Alloy Identity Testing, Heat Treat, and Liquid Penetrant Procedures and Reports are required for the pipe. Delivery shall be made to Portsmouth Naval Shipyard, Kittery, ME 03904. All responsive, responsible offerors will be considered. This is a Pre-Solicitation Notice ONLY. A formal Request For Proposal #N0018906RP835 will be issued and made available on this website on or about 28 Apr 06.
