- This is a notice of intent from the Naval Research Laboratory (NRL) to contract with Surface Measurement Systems at 2222 South 12th St. Allentown, PA 18103 on an other than full and open competitive basis. The contractor shall provide an Inverse Gas Chromatograph Automated Instrument specifically designed for carrying out Inverse Gas Chromatography analysis of particulate, film and fiber materials.
