- The Regional Contracting Office, Southwest (RCO SW), Camp Pendleton, California intends to negotiate on a non-competitive basis with Starlight Corporation, 701 Palomar Airport Road, 3rd Floor, Carlsbad, CA 92009 for a 60 days by separate purchase orderl. The contract is a firm fixed price requirements contract to provide a aircraft wash serives at MCAS Miramar, Camp Pendleton, Edwards AFB, CA and Yuma, AZ. The value of the modification is expected to be between $100,000.00 and $300,000.00. The RCO SW is currently soliciting competition for the follow-on contract and requires this additional time to complete the acquisition. The initial contract was negotiated on a competitive basis in accordance with FAR Part 12 and 15. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. This Notice of Intent is not a request for Expressions of Interest (EOIs), proposals or quotations. No solicitation document exists and no telephone inquiries will be accepted. No contract award will be made on the basis of EOIs, proposals or quotations received in response to this notice. This purchase will be under Other Than Full and Open Competition as authorized under FAR 6.302-1. The purchase order issue date is is for April and May 2006.
