- This is a presolicitation notice for a Contract for Operation and Management of the Government Owned Individual Combat Equipment (ICE) Repair Facility located at Bldg. 310617, Weapons Field Training Battalion (WFTB), Camp Pendleton for a period of one year with the option to extend two additional one year periods. The Government is soliciting quotes and a written solicitation will be issued (M00681-06-T-0130). This is an unrestricted procurement. The NAICS Code is 811490 and the FSC Code is J084. The Government intends to award a firm fixed price contract as a result of quotes received from the solicitation.
