- The Internal Revenue intends to negotiate a non-competitive contract with C.W.Austin Company, Incorporated, and P.O.Box 224, Austell, GA 30268 for on-site operation and maintenance of the Government-owned Document shredder System located at Memphis Internal Revenue Service Center (MIRSC), Memphis, and 5333 Getwell Road, Memphis, TN. This is an interim contract for six months, and it is anticipated that a follow-on contract will be awarded for a base period and four optional renewal years. This notice of intent is not a solicitation for interested parties, nor is it a solicitation for proposals. A pre-solicitation notice will be posted for the follow-on- contract at a later date.
