- In accordance with the procedures specified in the revised OMB Circular A-76 dated May 29, 2003, this notification represents the formal public announcement and official start date of a streamlined competition of the Administrative Support Function (ASF) performed at the General Services Administration (GSA) in Region 8 (Rocky Mountain Region). The effective start date of the streamlined cost competition study is April 12, 2006. Government personnel consisting of four (4) FTEs are geographically located as follows: one (1) Denver, CO; one (1)Lakewood, CO; one (1) Rapid City, SD; one (1) Fargo, ND. The estimated work years will consist of a base year with four option years. Prospective offerors are advised that a solicitation will not be issued if the cost of contract performance is determined to be greater than the cost of in-house performance by Government personnel. The projected end date of this competition is August 16, 2006. THIS IS NOT A SOLICITATION. NO SOLICITATION SHOULD BE ANTICIPATED, AND PROPOSALS ARE THEREFORE NOT REQUESTED.
