Description

Provide Partition and Miscellaneous Services for the Charlotte Property Management Center. Three contracts will be awarded covering requirements at the following locations:Asheville, NC, and surrounding areas; Charlotte, NC, and surrounding areas; and Raliegh, NC and surrounding areas. The anticipated period of performance for each contract is August 1, 2006 through July 30, 2007, to include 2-one year option periods. The anticipated solicitation issue date is May 8, 2006. The minimum order limitation is $2,000 and the maximum order limitation is $500,000 for each contract. The gauranteed minimum is $2,500 for each contract. THIS PROCUREMENT IS A 100% TOTAL SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE. THE SIZE STANDARD IS $31 MILLION. THE NAICS CODE 236220. PERFORMANCE AND PAYMENT BONDS WILL BE REQUIRED IN THE AMOUNT OF $100,000 AT THE TIME OF AWARD, FOR EACH CONTRACT. Bid documents will be available on or about May 8, 2006.
