- Contractor will provide all conference planning, recruitment, promotion, logistics and business advisory services for three business and investment conferences focused on minority and women-owned businesses interested in investing in OPIC-eligible countries around the world. It is anticipated that the conferences will take place in late September 2006 in Chicago, early October in Atlanta and late October or early November 2006 in Los Angeles. Contractor will start planning May 1, 2006 and the conference wrap-up will be complete by December 31, 2006.
