- Pre-Invitation Notice to Issue Solicitation on or about October 26, 1999. This solicitation will be for office relocation and related services for the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) offices from Federal Bldg. 111, JFK Int'l Airport, Jamaica, NY; and One Cross Island Plaza, Rosedale, NY to One Aviation Plaza, Rockaway Blvd.; Springfield Gardens, NY. Approximately 160,000. This procurement is 100% Small Business Set-Aside. A site walkthru will be conducted for the various locations. Offerors failing to participate in the walkthru will not be considered for award. GSA is issuing this solicitation only electronically, paper copies will not be available. Interested parties my access the Solicitation at http://www.eps.gov on or about the issue date stated above. This site provides instructions for downloading the solicitation file. NOTE: THIS NOTICE MAY HAVE POSTED ON FEDBIZOPPS ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (22-OCT-1999).
