- The following requirement will be solicited using “Other Than Full & Open Competition” (OTF&OC) procedures for the acquisition of replenishment spares. Bell Helicopter Textron, Inc., Cage: 97499 is the original equipment manufacturer (OEM) for NSN:1615-01-029-4913GA; P/N: 212-010-311-101; Noun: Stabilizer Tube. SOF CSAR has a requirement to acquisition a quantity of 150 each Stabilizer Tubes. This item is the only such item authorized for use on USAF UH-1N aircraft. Data is not available on this item to allow another source to successfully produce an acceptable part. The only know data for the manufacture of this item is proprietary to Bell Helicopter.
