- Description
- The Naval Sea Systems Command intends to issue a “bridge” extension to Global PCCI (GPC) to continue services under Contract N00024-01-D-4018 for the operation and maintenance of the U.S. Navy’s Emergency Ship Salvage Material (ESSM) System in support the Director of Ocean Engineering, Supervisor of Salvage and Diving (SUPSALV). The extension will commence on May 3, 2006 and will continue for up to six (6) months with an option for an additional three (3) months or until a successor contract is awarded whichever shall occur first. The Navy is in the process of preparing competitive Request for Proposals (RFP) N00024-06-R-4105 for follow-on ESSM services. The solicitation closing date will be provided in the upcoming solicitation N00024-06-R-4105 planned for release on or about 15 May 2006.
