- Description
- The Air Force Flight Test Center is seeking potential sources capable of providing all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision and other items and services necessary to perform Maintenance of Family Housing at Edwards Air Force Base, California. Family housing maintenance services apply to all houses, garages, storage buildings, and associated grounds, Family Housing Offices, maintenance support buildings, playgrounds, and buildings provided for the contractor use. All services will be performed IAW the Statement of Work (SOW). A SOW is being developed at this time. It will be released with the solicitation on or around 10 April 2006. Acquisition is being offered for competition limited to eligible 8A small business concerns. The period of performance will be from 1 September 2006 through 30 September 2007 with 4 option years.
