- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued Solicitation FA8517-06-Q-72405 is a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This is a firm fixed-price contract for the following item: NOUN NSN P/N QTY U/I Frequency Converter 6130-01-446-2033 195-48003-42-M115 2 EA Required Delivery 30 Nov 2006. This is a Foreign Military Sale (FMS). SHIP TO: DSR004, MARK FOR: DSRA00, CASE CODE: SR-D-QZ0, SUPPLEMENTAL ADDRESS: DA4QZ0. Inspection/Acceptance/FOB: Origin. The following clauses (current through FAC 2005-7, and DFARS Change Notice 20051209) are applicable to subject solicitation.
