Description: The Defense Information Contracting Organization (DITCO) intends to issue on a sole source basis Communication Service Authorization (CSA) to GTE VErizon Inc to furnish Terrestrial Radio-Telephone service to include voice, fax, and data with STUIII capability using GTE Magnastar C-2000 equipment installed on Gov't aircraft, type C-9C, military version of a McDonald-Douglas DC9-10, tail number 73-1683. It is the intent of the Gov't to continue to acquire the service from GTE Verizon via CSA issued against the basic of agreement with said company.
