Description

The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA), Wildlife Services, NWRC, Logan, Ut., intends to purchase M3430 Domestic Cow Yellow Ear Tags and Collars. The Government intends to contract this with Advanced Telemetry Systems, Inc. The Government knows of no other source available. This is a simplified acquisition. This is not a request for proposals andthere is no solicitation available. Interested firms may identify their interes and capabilities by responding to the requirements. Interested firms should submit in writing, their name, address, point of contact, telephone number, business size, a brief statement regarding capability to provide the specified procurement, and points of contact for businesses or other Government agencies to which it has previously provided this type of procurement. All responses received within five days after the date of publication of this synopsis will be considered by the Government. The information should be submitted to the address or facsimile number stated herein. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. The Government also reserves the right to solicit offers based on receipt of affirmative responses to this notice. Telephone requests oor inquiries will not be accepted.
