Description: The government intends to award a sole source contract IAW FAR Part 12 procedures to Check-Six Aviation, San Antonio, TX. This requirement is for a basic year and four one-year options. The project is for United States Air Force School of Aerospace Medicine(USAFSAM) for flight training familiarization for Aerospace Physiology students. A maximum of ten students will be required to take this training annually. Each student will receive 12 hours of group preliminary flight operations ground school. Each student will receive 6 hours of Pre-& Post-flight briefings. Students will obtain 12 flight hours flying time in the Diamond DA-20 or C172 Cessna. If no responses are received by the date and time scheduled, a sole source contract will be awarded. Notes 22 applies.
