Description: This will be a firm-fixed price contract. Contractor shall provide personnel, equipment, supplies, materials, tools, and transportation to perform Helicopter Services and Support Operations to provide Air Medical Evacuation (MEDEVAC) services and Wil dland Fire Suppression support response in support of the U.S. Army Garrison Hawaii. Requirement is for rotary-wing aircraft only. Period of performance is projected to be 19 August 2006 through 18 August 2007 with one (1) 12-month option period. The is sue date for this solicitation is estimated to be on or about 25 April 2006. Response date above is estimated. Actual proposal due date will be specified in the solicitation and may be earlier or later than 16 May 2006. This procurement is unrestricted. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. The government intends to award a contract to a Commercial Airlift Review Board (CARB) certified contractor that can provide rotary-wing cap ability and is approved to fly over water.
