Description

The U.S. Army Field Support Command will be issuing a solicitation for the 30MM PGU-15A/B TP Cartridge, NSN: 1305-01-462-8733, P/N: 200610300-70. The approximate quantity for this FY06 procurement is 3,708,674 cartridges to include a 40% option. Th is requirement is restricted to the National Technology Industrial Base (NTIB), U.S. and Canadian producers under 10 USC 2304(c)(3). NAICS Code is 332993. A firm fixed price contract is anticipated. The Technical Data Package (TDP) is classified as Dist ribution D (authorized to Department of Defense (DOD) and DOD contractors only. Offerors must be registered with the U.S./Canada Joint Certification Program (www.dlis.dla.mil) to obtain a copy of the specification and top level drawings. To request a TDP , please provide a cage code and JCP Certification number in an email to the contract specialist at julie.a.schmoll@us.army.mil. The approximate issue date of the solicitation is 17 Apr 06. Closing date of the solicitation is approximately 17 May 06. Th e solicitation will be issued via the internet at Federal Business Opportunities (FEDBIZOPPS). Any changes to the solicitation will be posted to the website. It is the responsibility of the contractor to check the site periodically for possible changes. All contractors who provide goods/services to the DOD must be registered in the Central Contractors Register (CCR) at www.ccr.gov.
