Work includes Environmental Restoration, Water Supply, Planting Habitat, Landscaping and Recreation. THIS IS A 100% 8(A) SET-ASIDE COMPETITIVE PROCUREMENT. Firms participating in this procurement must be 8(a) certified by the U.S. Small Busiess Administration. Please note that there are special instructions pertaining to hand delivered bids.. These instructions can be viewed in Section 00100 o f the advertised solicitation. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 237990, Other Heavy and Civil Engineering Construction, $31M average annual gross revenue for the last three (3) fiscal years. Estimate cost range of the pro ject is $5,000,000 to $10,000,000. This is a IFB Firm Fixed Price Sealed Bid Procurement. Al l bids are due 13 June 2006, 1:00 P.M. PST, at which time the bid opening will occur. ALL BIDDERS ARE ADVISED THAT THIS PROCUREMENT MAY BE DELAYED, CANCELLED, OR REVISED AT ANY TIME DURING THE SOLICITATION, EVALUATION, AND/OR FINAL AWARD PROCESS. The Sol icitation will be available on or about 10 May 2006.
