Description

All statements of capabilty received by 3:00 P.M., E.S.T., on 27 April 2006, will be considered by the G overnment; however, a determination by the Government not to compete this proposed purchase order based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpos e of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
