Description: This quotation will be available at www.fedbizopps.gov on April 13, 2006. Provide basic janitorial cleaning services to the Virgin Islands National Park/Virgin Islands Coral Reef National Monument Visitors Center/Administration Building and adjacent rest rooms, the Maintenance Division Buildings/Offices, and the Resource Management Buildings/Offices during the period May 1, 2006 through September 30, 2006. The Contractor shall be required to provide all supervision, labor, transportation, and training to complete the task. The Park shall provide all materials, cleaning supplies, tools, equipment, electricity, water, storage, and other related items. Quoters are required to perform a site visit in order to determine building sizes and measurements. This procurement is a Small Business Disadvantage Set Aside/Small Business Sed Aside being conducted as a Request for Quotation. The NAICS Code for the requirement is 561720 and the order duration is for five (5) months. Responses will be due by 4/22/2006. This notice is not the solicitation.
