The Common #20 will be equipped with an on-board compressed air/generator system capable of supplying sufficient air and electrical power to operate the tools and lighting systems. It is intended that the Common #20! include all the hand tools of the SECM arranged in such a manner as to give the same look and feel of the SECM. The Common #20 will be used for O level or I level maintenance at the division/Maintenance Logistics Group level. The Government will provide the following GFM for the first article unit only: M1102 trailer, tool boxes, tool load, and the compressed air system. The Marine Corps intends to issue a formal solicitation in approximately 30 days for up to 447 units over a 4 year period.
