Description
RD0553200020000, This is an Indefinite Quantity Contract for one NSN. This LTC will consist of the following NSN: 1680-00-923-0565, Cushion, Back Pilot, IAW with AMCOM Procurement Pkg 1680CH47-022 Rev ?D? Dtd 24 Jun 04 and SS 1680CH47-022 Rev ?A? Dtd 17 Jun 04, P/N 1680CH47-022. First Article Testing/ Preproduction Approval Contract Testing Required. Government Fit Verification Test Required with sample of 1 each. Configuration Control Applies. Critical Application Item. QCC ? QHM. Surge Requirements Do Apply. Option to extend terms of contract is 48 months, duration of contract period 5 years. Specifications, plans, or drawings relating to the procurement described are not available and can not be furnished by the Government, 129 each, Required delivery 280 days ARO including First Article Testing, FOB Destination to be cited on each order delivery order: Stock Locations: Stockton, CA or New Cumberland, PA. ORIGIN Inspection is required. Notes 1 and 26 apply. 100% Set Aside for Small Business. Automated Best Value System (ABVS): Other than full and open competition, more than one source. Any manufacturer other than the approved sources wishing to submit a proposal must submit a complete source approval package. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
