Description: The USDA Natural Resources Conservation Service is interested in leasing approximately, 3075 net usable square feet of first class office space in Plankinton, South Dakota. Occupancy of the leased space would be required by September 29, 2006. The space must be first class space, conform to Government specifications, be located within the city limits of Plankinton (or within 1 mile of the city limits), and be fully serviced. The space must be contiguous with parking for 25 vehicles and which also provides pull-through parking for large trucks, horse trailers, etc. The space must be fully handicapped accessible.
