Description

Notice of 100% set-aside for a Service-disabled veteran owned small business (SDVOSB) concern to furnish all labor, material and equipment necessary for Expand Endoscopy Room at the VA Northern Indiana Health Care System, 2121 Lake Avenue, Fort Wayne, IN 46805. Offers from other than SDVOSB concerns will not be considered. Work includes, but is not limited to, removal of ceiling in room 368 and 368a; installation of ductwork diffusers, steam coils (new and replacement), air handler fan, exhaust fan, ceiling hung medical gas jets, dimmable lighting, and lightproof shades over the windows; removal of existing heating hardware; painting of rooms; and installation of new ceiling. Work also includes installation of duct riser and shaft through room 450 and other associated work on the third and fourth floors of Building 1. Electronic solicitation packages will be available at FedBizOps on or about 4-28-06. Requests for copies of solicitation packages must faxed to 260-460-1335. Requests are to include company name, address, and telephone number, fax number, point of contact, statement if bidding as a prime or subcontractor, and company?s trade. Estimated cost is between $25,000 and $100,000. NAICS Code 238220 applies, size standard $13 million.
