Description

The contractor shall provide all transportation, supervision, personnel, equipment, materials, parts, and services in connection with the renting and servicing of 92 portable chemical latrines and 8 portable handicapped accessible (ADA compliant) chemical latrines at Barksdale AFB, LA. The latrines will be needed for two days, the 13th and 14th of May 2006. The portable latrine facilities must be delivered, in place, and totally functional no later than 5:00PM Friday, 13 May 05. All portable latrine facilities and any residue from their placement or usage must be removed and cleaned no later than 5:00 PM Monday, 15 May 06. The proposed solicitation is under NAICS 562998, size standard not to exceed 500 employees. This solicitation is a 100% set-aside for small business concerns. Offerors must identify themselves as being a small business. If there is no offer received from a small business concern, the set-aside may be dissolved and the acquisition will be open to all responsive bidders. Note: this acquisition will not be reposted to EPS if the small business set-aside is dissolved. You will not be eligible to receive an award if you are not in the Central Contractor Registration database. (Reference: DFARS 252.204-7004, Required Central Registration).
