Description

Renovate Area Defense Council, Bldg 788, Offutt AFB, NE. The scope of this project consists of renovating an 1100 SF one story brick building on Offutt AFB, NE into private office and waiting room areas. Work will consists of exterior brick work, new windows, roofing along with new interior walls, mechanical, and electrical. The estimated performance period is approximately 112 calendar days. Funds are not presently available for this project. No award will be made under the solicitation until funds are available. The government reserves the right to cancel the solicitation either before or after the closing date. All solicitation documents and amendments will be available in electronic format.
