- J-The contractor shall provide engineering/technical services for failure analyses and inspection on selected selected Category 1 Product Quality Deficiency Reports of GTCP 36 Series Auxiliary Power Units reported as deficient from the field and retu rned to the contractor by the Government. The authority cited is 10 U.S.C. 2304 (c) (1) FAR 6.302-1 only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. The approved source is Honeywell International Incorporated , Defense and Space of Tempe, Arizona. Honeywell International Incorporated has proprietary rights to detailed drawings of components, tools, test equipment and technical data, including manufacturing details, design drawings and inspection criteria neede d for Category 1 teardown analysis of GTCP 36 Series Auxiliary Power Units. Firms are encouraged to seek source approval in order to compete for subcontracting opportunties or future solicitations by submitting documentation in accordance with the Competi tion Advocates Shopping List (CASL) procedures. These procedures are outlined at the following website: http://www.redstone.army.mil/cmo/. All responsible sources may submit an offer that may be considered by the agency. There will be no telephone or email requests for proposals accepted.
