The solicitation will be available at http://ideasec.nbc.gov Website on or about Friday, April 28, 2006. PAPER COPIES OF THIS SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ISSUED. This project consists of the design, fabrication, and installation of three galvanized steel stop log sections for the lock chamber at Hydro Locks Lock Chamber located at Lowell National Historical Park, Lowell, Massachusetts. One section shall be ten feet in depth, and the other two shall be six feet in depth, both sized to fit the stop log cut out at the lock chamber which is located adjacent to 145 Pawtucket Street, Lowell, MA. Construction performance period is 30 calendar days. Estimated construction range: Between $25,000 and $100,000. NAICS code 237990, $28.5 million. This solicitation is subject to the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program and is subject to full and open competition. All responsible sources may submit an offer which shall be considered by the agency.
