Description: The Naval Air Systems Command intends to award a firm fixed price contract modification under contract N00019-05-C-0040 to Northrop Grumman Systems Corporation, San Diego, CA for technical support for incorporation of the Portable Flight Planning System (PFPS) into the BQM-74E Aerial Target. Northrop Grumman is the designer, developer and sole producer of the BQM-74E Aerial Target. Northrop Grumman is the only known source with access to the proprietary technical data and software and the experienced personnel to provide the necessary technical support in the time frame required. This is not a request for proposals.
