This synopsis is being posted to both the Federal Business Opportunities(FBO) page located at http://www.eps.gov and the Navy Electronic Commerce on Line(NECO) site located at http://www.neco.navy.mil. While it is understood that FBO is the single point of entry for posting of synopsis and solicitations to the internet, NECO is the alternative in case FBO is unavailable. Please feel free to use either site to access information posted by the Naval Sea Systems Command. The Naval Sea Systems Command intends to issue a cost plus fixed fee contract to Corvid Technologies, 224 Rolling Hills Road, Suite 9A, Mooresville, NC 28117, for oversight and computational analysis support to the STANDARD Missile (SM) Program. This support includes executing all required Computational Physics (CP) analysis based on the provided geometric setup decks and operating conditions. Corvid Technologies possesses the irreplaceable fundamental experience and functioning knowledge on the development of computational physics (CP) input decks and CP analysis as required by the SM Program. Corvid has conducted previous CP code calculations based on these input decks and have a long history of rapid and accurate high-fidelity computational physics analysis. The period of performance will be from date of contract for twelve months thereafter, with four options for an additional twelve months each. This contract will be awarded pursuant to 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1). Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements.
