- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This requirement is being issued as a Request for Quote under solicitation number M11001-06-T-G680. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-05. This acquisition is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. The North American Industry Classification Code (NAICS) is 334220 and the small business size standard is 750 employees. The government intends to award a firm fixed price contract, as a result of the quotes received. The Regional Contracting Office, Southwest, Marine Corps Base, Camp Pendleton has a requirement for the following item. CLIN 0001 (28 Each) RF-1944-AT400 Transportable HF Broadband-Inverted Vee Antenna. Contractor to provide the following : 1. RF-1944-AT400 Transportable HF Broadband-Inverted Vee Antenna. Manufactured by Harris Corporation. Description: low profile, lightweight, tactical broadband dipole antenna for operation in an inverted-V configuration, utilized for NVIS communications. Capable of 1.6 to 30MHz. Anntenna is comprised of a balun, (2) dipole elements, (2) terminating loads, 33 ft coaxial cable (with bnc connectors), weighted throwing line and carrying case. The following FAR/DFAR provision(s) apply to this acquisition: FAR 52.212-1 Instructions To Offerors ?Commercial Items (MAR 2000). FAR 52.212-2 Evaluation-Commercial Items (JAN 1999) FAR 52.212-3 Offerer Representations and Certifications- Commercial Items (MAR 2005) FAR 52.212-4 Contract Terms & conditions -Commercial Items (MAY 1999). FAR 52.212-5 Contract Terms and Conditions Required To Implement Statutes or Executive Orders ? Commercial Items with the following applicable clauses for Para (b) apply to this acquisition: (14) (15) (16) (17). The following DFAR Clauses apply to this acquisition: DFAR 252.212-7001 Contract Terms and Conditions required to implement Statutes or Executive Orders Applicable to Defense Acquisition of Commercial Items with the following applicable clauses for Para (b): DFAR 252.225-7001 Buy American Act and Balance Paymens Program (MARDH 1998 and DFAR 252.232-7003 Electronic Submission of Payment Requests (MARCH 2003). Delivery is required for all items on or before 1 May 2006. The government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the lowest priced technically acceptable offer.
