Description
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial replacement parts associated with all models of A/MH-6 special operations aircraft prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. A written solicitation will not be issued. The United States Special Operations Command, Technology Applications Contracting Office, has a requirement for seven each Mission Enhanced Little Bird (MELB) Modification Kits, P/N: 369RM0102-601, minus the 369R5800-605 Tail Rotor Transmission and 369RM8514-3 Throttle Cable, but the addition of 369RM8514-5 Throttle Cable. The modification kits shall be delivered to the Lexington, KY TAPO Warehouse, unless otherwise stated, with six each marked for Future Force and one each for Crash Damage. Overhauled and surplus parts are not authorized. Only new parts are acceptable. Early and partial shipments are authorized. The delivery schedule will be determined prior to an award. FOB and Acceptance/Inspection is at origin by a Government quality assurance representative (QAR). This document incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-08. The NAICS code for this acquisition is 336413 and the small business standard is 1000 employees. The following provisions and clauses are applicable to this procurement: FAR 52.211-15, Defense Priority and Allocation Requirements; 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors--Commercial; 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications--Commercial Items (Offerors are instructed to complete this section and return with their price list, unless it is available on-line as implemented under ORCA (On-line Representations and Certifications Application)); 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions--Commercial Items; 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders--Commercial Items (specifically, but not limited to 52.203-6, 52.219-6, 52.219-8, 52.222-3, 52.222-19, 52.222-21, 52.222-26, 52.222.35, 52.222-36, 52.222-37, 52.222-39, 52,225-13, 52.232-33) ; 252.211.7003, Item Identification and Valuation; 252.212-7000, Offeror Representations and Certifications--Commercial Items; 252.212-7001, Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Order Applicable to Defense Acquisitions of Commercial Items (specifically, but not limited to 52.203-3, 252.205-7000, 252.225.7001, 252.225-7012, 252.225-7014, 252.243-7002, 252.247-7023, and 252-247-7024). The Defense Priorities and Allocations System (DPAS) assigned rating is DOA1.
