Description
The Department of Homeland Security/Federal Emergency Management Agency is issuing this Request for Information (RFI) to identify potential sources that are interested in and capable of performing the work identified in this sources sought notice. FEMA has a requirement for in-place and mobile vehicle maintenance and repair services for FEMA?s fleet of approximately 1000 vehicles. FEMA utilizes this fleet in response to Presidential-declared emergencies within the United States and its territories and possessions, as well as emergencies not declared by Presidential decree. For in-place vehicle maintenance, the contractor will be responsible for providing all management, expertise, and personnel to perform the requirement at FEMA-designated locations. For mobile vehicle maintenance, the contractor will be responsible for providing all management, expertise, and personnel to perform the requirement within a 500-mile radius of a FEMA-designated location. All maintenance will need to be performed under normal and adverse conditions, 24 hours a day/7 days a week. There will be no Government-furnished property or assistance. Contractor will ensure that vehicles are inspected, repaired, and maintained to a safe and serviceable condition in accordance with manufacturer?s specifications. This includes both scheduled and unscheduled maintenance. The contractor must also be available at any time for surge and emergency work and the contractor shall have the flexibility to meet surge and priority work requirements. The contractor shall also have adequate quality control, personnel management, supply chain management, safety, and security procedures in place to meet the requirement, as well as an appropriate management information system to adequately track and report maintenance activities. FORD F-150 PICK-UP FORD F-250 DIESEL PICK-UP FORD F-350 DIESEL PICK-UP FORD F-450 DIESEL MAINT TRUCK FORD F-550 DIESEL MAINT TRUCK FORD EXPEDITION GMC SIERRA PICK-UP CHEVROLET SILVERADO PICK-UP CHEVROLET SUBURBAN STAKE BODY TRUCK FORD PASSENGER VAN Approximately 65 vehicles of all types are located at the FEMA site in Moffett Field, California; approximately 50 vehicles of all types are located at the FEMA site in Forth Worth, Texas; approximately 75 vehicles of all types are located at the FEMA site in Frederick, Maryland; and approximately 145 vehicles are located at the FEMA site in Atlanta, Georgia. There are also emergency housing vehicles all over the country (mostly concentrated in the southeast), with the majority (about 75) in Selma, Alabama. This RFI is not a Request for Proposals (RFP) and is not a commitment by the government to issue a solicitation or ultimately award a contract on the basis of this RFI or otherwise pay for the information solicited. Responses must contain sufficient information to include organizational capabilities to service the specific locations and non-specific locations. Interested respondents must provide a capability statement to include Company name and address, contact, phone/email, business size, experience, past performance in response to the requirements stated herein. Any proprietary information should so be marked.
