- Description
- The Department of State's Overseas Buildings Operations (OBO) requires International Real Estate Brokerage services. The government intends to award up to four IDIQ contracts for these services under full and open competition. One award will be set aside for small business, if found technically acceptable, with fair and reasonable fees. The IDIQ contracts will be issued for one base year and will include four one-year option periods that may be exercised by the Government. Each contract will have a ceiling of $25 million for the base and all option years combined and a guaranteed minimum of $5,000 over the life of the contract. The Contractors are expected to provide Worldwide brokerage services at multiple sites in any given timeframe as directed by the Contracting Officer. A fixed brokerage fee will be established for each location and the total estimated fee will be weighed against the firm's worldwide brokerage experience in a best value determination. Do not respond to this announcement until you have read the solicitation. The solicitation for this service should be posted by April 30, 2006.
