Description: The Government would like to provide clarification on Contract Line Item Number (CLIN) 0001 of the Request for Proposal, Phase-In. CLIN 0001 states that the Phase-In period of performance is not to exceed (NTE) 30 days. While it is the Government's intent to provide as much time as possible for transition, NTE 30 days, it is possible that the Phase-In period may be LESS than 30 days. The Phase-In period is not expected to be less than one (1) week.
