- The Government intends to negotiate solely with Point Blank Body Armor, Inc., the vendor awarded Purchase Order W91CRB-05-P-0204, to add a quantity of 10,000 Returned Interceptor Body Armor Outer Tactical Vests for retrofit/reconditioning and convers ion. However, all responsible sources may submit a quotation which, if timely received, shall be considered. Quotation must be received by Noon on Friday, 21 April 2006.
