Description: The original synopsis posted on 14 Feb 06, modification 1 posted on 23 Feb 06 and modifications 2 posted 30 March 06 is again modifed to change the following information under Note No. 7: A pre-proposal conference will be head at Cape Canaveral AFS, Building 55855, Engineering Support Facility, Room #1002. The pre-propsal conference date is hereby changed to a new date. The new date is Thursday 20 April 2006 at 9:00 a.m., in lieu of the previously stated date of Monday 17 April 2006. Attendees mus t register no later than 4:00 PM (EDT) on Friday 14 April 2006. All other information remains unchanged.
