Description: This contract includes design, fabrication and installation of a 30? x 40? weather-tight shell/metal building on a prepared building site. Also included in this contract is the construction of a reinforced concrete slab and footings. Architectural elements include metal roof, exterior doors and windows, interior wall framing, and rough plumbing for restroom. Schematic floor plan and elevations will be given with the solicitation package. This project is located in the town of Mammoth Lakes, California. Elevation is approximately 8,000 feet above sea level. Solicitation package will be available approximately May 15, 2006 and bid open date approximately June 15, 2006.
