Description

NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD SOLE SOURCE: W912CZ-06-T-0020. The Regional Contracting Office, Fort Wainwright, AK intends to award a sole source purchase order to Brunner Enterprises, Inc., Novato, CA 94948. Items to be purchased: Line Item 0001: Fuel Injection Pump Assembly for Enterprise DSQ-316, Line Item 0002: Replacement Parts overhaul kits, Line Item 0003: Rebuild Cylinder Head Assembly, 4 each, Line 0004: Rebuild Bendix Fuel Pumps, 8 each. This purchase will be made under Simplified Acquisitio n Procedures and Other Than Full and Open Competition as authorized by FAR 6.302-1. The anticipated award date is 26 Apr 2006. This notice is neither a request for competitive proposals nor a solicitation of offers. A determination by the government not to compete this requirement based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
