Description

Millennium Challenge Corporation Seeks Expressions of Interest Washington DC ________________________________________________________________________ Requirements: The Millennium Challenge Corporation (MCC) is seeking to lease office and related space consisting of approximately 21,500 BOMA rentable square feet to yield a range of 18,000 to 20,000 ANSI/BOMA office area square feet (usf). The building must be handicapped accessible and must comply with Federal Fire Protection, Occupational Health and Environmental Safety Standards. The facility must have the potential for an efficient space design layout and meet the Agency?s' security requirements. Location: Any buildings considered shall be located within or affronting the following area: 12th Street, NW to the East; E Street, NW to the South; 18th Street, NW to the West; and M Street, NW to the North. Lease Term: Up to approximately nine (9) years with renewal options Occupancy: Space must be ready for tenant occupancy by September 30, 2006 Expressions of Interest should be submitted no later than April 25, 2006 and include: 1. Building name and address 2. Available rentable square footage, floor locations, and estimated rental rate per rentable square foot 3. Floor plan 4. Owner?s name and address and written statement from owner that offeror has legal authority to provide information on the property 5.
