Description

This is notice of intent to negotiate and award a sole source firm fixed priced purchase order to NCS Pearson Inc., 2125 4TH ST NW, Owatonna, MN 55060 under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1 to procure 240 packs of Minnesota Multiphasic Personality Inventory-2 (MMPI-2) Answer Sheets, 6000 each metered MMPI-2 Extended Score Report administration processing fee, 240 packs of General Ability Measure for Adults (GAMA) Answer Sheet and 6000 each GAMA metered Profile Report administration processing fee. This notice is not a request for offers. The anticipated date of award is 25 Apr 2006. The contractor identified is the only known source for the subject requirement. Responses to this notice will be used to determine if bona fide competition exists. Any such responses must be in writing and include technical and pricing information. All responses from responsible sources will be fully considered. However, determination to compete or not compete this procurement action is solely the discretion of the Government. All responses must be received not later than 1:00 pm EST on 24 Apr 2006. No extensions will be granted. The Government will not pay for any information submitted. Only electronic submission will be accepted. No telephone responses will be accepted. The point of contact for this requirement is Mr. John E.
