Description

The New Mexico VA Health Care System (NMVAHCS) if searching for sources that can provide the following: The Cooperative Studies Program Clinical Research Clinical Research Coordinating Center (CSPCRPCC) has a requirement to purchase tolling services for: 1. Formulation and Lyophilization development/enhancement of a placebo vial to match a commercial product. 2. Manufacture of approximately 38,549 lyophilized placebo vials to match the commercial product, which will require using the following components: Vial: 2cc, 13mm, Alcan, SO2 treated, 2702-B61B or 2cc, 13mm, special order Kimble vial, (Kimble price for 100,000 pieces quoted at $76.22 per thousand pieces. Stopper: 13mm Lyo stopper, Daikyo, V2-F210-3W, SV LYO D713/Gry R B2-TR, West product #: 29560037 Seal: 13mm, West - 2468 pink. 3. Labeling the placebo vial. 4. Potentially label the matching active vial for a clinical study. 5. Conducting the following release tests on the placebo vials: a. Bacteriostasis Fungistasis, b. Sterility, c. Endotoxin Validation, d. Endotoxin, e. Particulate Validation, f. Particulate. 6. Shipping the finished vials to the CSPCRPCC facility in Albuquerque, and. 7. Conducting the following stability tests on the placebo vials: a. Sterility, b. Endotoxin, c. Particulate.
