This solicitation is for an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) with an estimated annual value of $377,338. for a possible 5 yr total of $1,886,691. The F.O.B. Point is Destination. The proposed procurement contains an option to extend the contract period one or more times at the discretion of the Government and shall not exceed 5 years. Requested delivery will be for stock and DVD requirements. The solicitation will be available on the Internet at http://dibbs.dscc.dla.mil/RFP/ on it?s issue date of 10 Apr 06. This acquisition is or supplies for which the Government does not possess complete, unrestrictive technical data; therefore, the Government intends to solicit and contract with only approved sources under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304 ( c ) (1).
