Description

DESCRIPTION: YPE06089000141, 5980-01-520-3621. Approved source(s) include: ROSEMOUNT AEROSPACE, INC, dba ROSEMONT AEROSPACE DIVISION. The requirement is for 48 each to be delivered to Defense Distribution Depot, Oklahoma, Tinker AFB, OK within 300 days with any balance to be delivered at a rate of 30 each every 30 days thereafter. All responsible sources may submit an offer/quote which shall be considered. See Note 26. ] This solicitation is an RFP and will be available on the Internet at http://dibbs.dscc.dla.mil/Rfp on its issue date of 1 May, 2006. Hard copies of this solicitation are NOT available. This is an unrestricted procurement. Drawings/specifications will be available through the DIBBS solicitation link in the synopsis on the solicitation issue date. Various increments solicited: from 24 each to 49 each; from 50 each to 99 each; from 100 each to 150 each. The proposed procurement contains an option to purchase an additional quantity of 31 each only at the discretion of the Government. Offerors must quote pricing for each increment. Failure to do so may result in rejection of the offer. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
