The Contractor will modify custom programs to extract donor data from a COTS donor program (BBCS) that will be implement ed in the next 60 days. Update existing Access 97 programs to Access 2003 and deploy the programs to the users. Perfor m modifications in several programs in response to user and investigator requests. These modifications are needed to ca pture and extract additional information essential to protoc ols. Upsize the Access databases to SQL to improve performan ce and reliability. Assist in the implementation of the Sof tlab data repository, which will allow patient laboratory da ta to be readily accessible to the DTM users who need this i nformation. All modiciations and new initiatives will inclu de program documentation, testing in compliance with FDA sta ndards, instruction quides and user training.
